Unboxing and First Impressions of the itel A32F, Most Affordable Smartphone with Fingerprint Sensor

itel Mobiles, one of Africa’s leading smartphone brands, ealry this month officially the itel A32F smartphone – second in the itel mobile lines to sport a fingerprint unlock feature after the itel S12, as well as powered by the latest AndroidTM Oreo (Go edition). We’re not sure whether the ‘F’ in A32F stands for fingerprint, but for now, we can go with that.

The smartphone is the successor of the itel A31 as well the first smartphone from itel this year, as we expect more smartphones. On the other hand, it has been themed as “fingerprint for everyone”.

However, speaking of the itel A32F, it has an eye-catching edge-curved metal design with stunning display. Its a 5-inch display with the luxury metallic back cover with edge-curved design offers a slim and comfortable grip with great visual experience when watching a video or playing games.

On opening its box, the itel A32F is seen appearing on top, while its accessories, including; a 3.0 USB chord and data cable, a wall adapter, earphones, a phone proctor, and manuals appear just below the phone.

Looking at a summary of its specifications, the itel A32F is powered by a Quad-core 64-bit Cortex-A7 1.3 GHz processor, a Mediatek MT6737M chipset – which features 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage that is expandable with a microSD card of up to 32GB. It also sports a 2MP and 5MP front and back camera respectively. Backed on a Li-lon removable 2,050mAh battery.

In terms of connectivity, supports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, USB but doesn’t support 4G connections.

First impression of the itel A32F

  1. The fingerprint sensor. Just like any other fingerprint sensor on other smartphones, you can use it for unlocking the phone, taking photos, as well as answering calls in an efficient way.
  2. Android 8.1 Oreo (GO Edition) considering the fact its an entry-range smartphone.
  3. Portability, is amazing.
  4. Budget friendly. Yes! for only UGX255,000 you can pocket one for yourself.
  5. Can multitask even with its 1GB of RAM, but only light apps, as heavy apps can just crush the phone.
