At the beginning of April, Tecno Mobile unveiled the Camon X and Camon X Pro in Lagos, Nigeria with major camera improvements reiterating it’s commitment to “Experience More” and consistent efforts in bringing camera innovation to the next level. Now, the Camon X Pro is coming to Tecno branded shops in Uganda.
The Camon X Pro features a huge 24MP selfie camera and a union of technologies to deliver the clearest selfies with dual ISP processor enabling the devices to process actions faster. It has a 16MP Camera on the back. Like the Camon X, the X Pro also sports a new Face ID to unlock the phone with 128 recognition points.
This is the first Tecno smartphone to feature an admirable FHD+ 18:9 full-screen display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 that houses midrange internals; with a 4GB RAM and 64GB of media-hoarding storage and a 2.0GHz octa-core processor from MTK, all powered by a 3750mAh battery with fast charging capabilities (MediaTek Pump Express).
Like the Camon X, the Camon X Pro also introduced a new Face ID technology used to unlock the smartphone with a recognition rate of 50ms and a more functional fingerprint identification feature.
The Camon X Pro is now available at a recommended retail price of UGX. 940,000 in touchy colors of Bordeaux Red and Midnight Black.
