Jumia Uganda Guarantees Best Prices, Promises Refund if Products Found Cheaper
Jumia Uganda has today promised to refund twice the difference, if customers find most popular electronics being sold by a competitor at a cheaper price.
Those that have time can take a trip around town, moving from shop to shop to compare prices with Jumia. The online marketplace has put a process in place for any customers who want to claim this offer. The process is explained in the terms & conditions here.
Jumia Uganda Country Manager, Ham Namakajjo in a press statement said;
“We aim to have the best prices on all products, its an on-going continuous process guaranteeing this for all the items on Jumia. So, we have decided to focus on the most popular products first.”
Jumia recently saw record sales during its last major discount promotion: the Jumia Uganda Black Friday Festival, held in late 2017. The festival garnered a lot of attention among shoppers putting Jumia on the map as a shopping destination that seriously competes on price.
