Smile Communications Uganda has today announced their MySmile SelfCare App, its latest innovation they bring to market. Their customers now have the power to manage their Smile services with a few clicks on their mobile phones through the app which is available for download for Android and iOS users.
“The MySmile App, our latest innovation, cements our commitment to put our customers at the center of everything we do and to offer our customers the best experience of Smile services,” Jayanta Dutta, Head of Marketing, Smile Communications Uganda said in a press statement.
With secure and easy access to smile services, customers will be in position to see balances, recharge and share airtime, view & download history for usage/purchase, view personal information, as well as contact customer care.
“Customers now have easy access to manage services securely in the palm of their hands, and recharging to stay online has never been easier,” Dutta said.
Telecommunication companies like MTN and Airtel already beat Smile to this. With the app now, smile customers will find it easy to use the app as to using USSD codes.
