MTN Uganda on Friday rolled out a new feature in the MTN Pulse app that allows pulsers to create their desired bundles. Dubbed ‘Cr8YoBundle’, customers under/within the pulse community can choose how many bundles they desire out of a lumpsum of money that they are willing to spend on their communication packages.
Cr8YoBundle boasts six different bundles including; Data, SWIFT, Work from Home, SMS, Voice, and Learn from Home bundles. Customers simply choose how much of each product they would like to get for a given amount of money. The pulser can choose what bundle they desire, or they can simply choose all bundles, and a total will be generated.
While launching Cr8YoBundles, Ms. Hellen Kirungi, MTN Uganda Youth Segment Manager said the innovation is meant to empower the youth to be in control and give them the right communication tools to help them realize their potential.
“At MTN Uganda, we understand that today’s young people are aware of what they want and so we are giving them Cr8YoBundle that allows them to choose only what they want to use, in the quantities they want and only spend their money on that,” explained Kirungi. She further added that although Cr8YoBundle has six listed products, the youth are at liberty to choose a combination of only the products that they need, thus giving them more control of their communication choices.
Pror to this, MTN Uganda already had pulse data bundles, which include; MTN Pulse, MTN Pulse Plus, and MTN Weekend bundle. The bundles would allocate how much data you will use on the Internet and social media. Thus, when you purchase any of the bundles, they are divided, on what you use for socializing and the rest for the internet.

Through MTN Pulse, MTN empowers the youth with discounts on MTN products and services.
