Last week we hosted MTN Business General Manager, Reginald Kafeero to a tweetchat to better understand the concept of MTN’s Women In Business awards and this year, expo. What exactly did MTN aim to achieve by recognizing women in Technology & who are these women anyway?

The women who are selected to take part int the awards gala, and now Expo have got to have a long standing business relationship with MTN Uganda, that is over a year of working with MTN. They also have to be leaders in their spheres of influence.

MTN Women In Business Expo is a full day event open to the public to attend and network with women who’ll showcase their businesses and innovations. Entry to the expo is free of charge and those who are unable to make it can follow the proceedings online via #MTNWIB16.
