MTN Customers Can Now Buy Bundles, Check OTT Validity Via Their Revamped Website

How to buy data and check OTT validity through the MTN Uganda website.

Telecommunication firm; MTN Uganda has revealed that, now they let their customers buy data bundles as well as check their Over-to-Top (OTT) validity via their revamped website mtn.co.ug. Prior to this, customers only used USSD and the MyMTN app to complete these tasks.

Many might not use the web for these tasks [data purchase and OTT validity check], opting to use dial codes or the MyMTN app. However, if you’re online, it is not bad to use the web to complete the tasks as it also comes with ease as to when you use dial codes or MyMTN app. Using the web is advantageous for those that have hard times remembering what dial codes to use, or those that find using dial codes a hard task.
