Infinix Mobility is launching its new device early next month, as per rumors could be May 6th in Uganda. The new flagship from the company happens to be the Infinix S4 which becomes the second handset from Infinix this year following the HOT 7 that launched in March.
The launch of the Infinix S4 in Uganda follows Nigeria, and Kenya where the flagship handset has already been launched. The flagship succeeds the Infinix S3 which picked an impressive market after the launch.
Well, we anticipate its successor, to do much better considering its much upgrade in terms of specs, performance and functionality.
It’s worthy knowing that the S—stands for selfie, hence the s-series. It’s with no doubt that Infinix Mobility does put a lot of effort in its cameras — considering that they’re the key highlights. Now! the Infinix S4 could be yet the most powerful smartphone from Infinix Mobility.
As we mentioned the key highlights are the 32MP front-facing camera, triple dual rear camera with 13MP + 8MP + 2MP sensors. In addition to the camera — is the huge 6.26-Inch waterdrop-shaped notch display, first of its kind on any Infinix handsets.
In terms of performance, Infinix S4 runs on Android 9.0 Pie with the XOS Cheetah v5.0 UI on top, coupled with a quad processor, MediaTek Helio P22 chipset, 3GB RAM, an on-board storage of 32GB backed on a 4,000mAh non-removable Li-lon battery.
The S4 isn’t full HD, as it supports a resolution of up-to 720p with a screen aspect ratio of 19:9. The wide display provides better user experience when it comes to entertainment.
We estimate the price to about UGX600,000 and comes available in Blue, Purple, and Blue color options.
