DStv Stream now has a fresh, streamlined experience that brings viewers closer to the content they love, making it easier to explore a wide array of diverse content. With an updated interface that’s built for easy navigation and a smoother viewing experience, DStv Stream is all about putting viewers first. Explore fresh content discovery through trailers, previews, and personalized suggestions with curated content recommendations.

With these updates, DStv Stream provides seamless streaming, user-centric navigation, and innovative technology. With the new look and enhanced functionality, DStv Stream is dedicated to showcasing the wealth and diversity of its content library while keeping the viewer’s needs at the forefront.

As part of this new update, DStv Stream also introduces two impressive features designed to give users greater control and flexibility over how they watch: Reverse EPG and Cloud PVR Recordings.

Reverse EPG allows users to scroll back up to 24 hours on selected channels to watch anything they missed. Whether it’s a big sports event or a favorite show, this feature means viewers can simply go back in time and pick up where they left off. This feature is available on popular channels including SuperSport Football, SuperSport Grandstand, SuperSport WWE, SuperSport Action, ESPN, CNN Intl, and BBC World.

The Cloud PVR Recordings feature will allow viewers to save live content and enjoy it at their convenience. Recordings are kept for up to 30 days under “My Stuff,” giving customers the freedom to watch what they want when they want.

Starting this month, these features will roll out gradually across the DStv Stream apps on iOS and Android devices, as well as dstv.stream, and other supported platforms. Customers with auto-update enabled will receive these updates automatically, while others can manually update the DStv Stream app to access the latest features.

These changes are part of DStv’s effort to provide seamless streaming, easy navigation, and superior user experience. With Reverse EPG and Cloud PVR Recordings, DStv Stream continues to put customer needs first by offering more ways to stay connected and engaged with the wealth of available content.
