Samsung Electronics South Africa has announced that its exclusive Signature Service is now available at all Samsung Stores.
Originally launched at selected DionWired and Samsung Stores, the expansion of the Signature Service ensures that premium clients can now expect this exceptional care at all outlets across South Africa.
Richard Chetty, Service Director at Samsung Electronics South Africa said that they are constantly evolving their service offering to ensure that customers receive the best possible support, wherever they may be.
“Our commitment to quality is what has made the Signature Service offering such a success and this expansion means it is now even easier for our clients to engage with us than ever before.”
The Samsung Signature Service has been designed to provide complete convenience and support. It also includes in-home installation by a fully accredited technical team and professional advice on how to get the most from the Signature product range.
Any customer purchasing one of the listed Samsung Signature products will receive a five-year Signature warranty, a six-month exchange period*; free product delivery; installation and connection within a 30km radius from the point of purchase; in-home training and product registration as well as Signature Care, with a dedicated call centre and after-care service facility for the duration of the warranty.
