The store plays a significant role in brand upgrading — highlighting the brand image with the newest pro design style. The core positioning is to enhance the branding, create a service benchmark, and provide consumers with a full product & full-scene experience journey.

With its sleek design and innovative features, the store promises visitors an unforgettable journey into the future of mobile innovation. From revolutionary smartphones and laptops to an extensive array of accessories and personalized customer service, every aspect of the store is meticulously crafted to delight and inspire. In addition, the store also offers other benefits such as a cash-back policy, and limited gifts only to customers who shop from the store.

According to the company, the store is intended to enhance the customers’ experience rather than a “must buy” mentality.

“We hope to create more opportunities to communicate with consumers, thus sales are not the most important target,” said Shen. “We will provide consumers with the most cutting-edge, most interesting products and activities of Tecno.”

During the grand opening ceremony, guests were treated to an array of exciting activities, exclusive product demonstrations, and special promotions to commemorate the event and a raffle draw where customers won themselves prizes that included a 58-inch smart TV, gas cookers, PlayStation 5 (PS5), and special Tecno gifts to mention but a few.

Tecno currently has 700 stores across the country and they plan to have over 1,000 stores by the end of 2024. These stores range from first-tier cities to remote third and fourth-tier cities.
