Hive Colab to Host Lecture on Leveraging Mobile Channels for Customer Engagement
Ugandan Technology Innovation and incubation hub, Hive Colab has partnered with Africa’s Talking Uganda, a mobile technology company to host a lecture on leveraging different mobile channels like SMS and USSD to increase customer engagement.
Africa’s Talking Limited whose headquarters are located in Nairobi, Kenya, targets to unlock the potential of mobile communication networks across Africa by simplifying the process and technologies required to exploit them.
The company aims to build the best mobile technology systems that are scalable, robust, reliable, and cloud-based, enabling end users to interface directly with telecommunication service providers across the continent.
In the lecture slated to take place on Wednesday February 8th, 2017 at Hive Colab, Fabrice Romeo, Head of Sales and Marketing at Echo Mobile and Sam Gikandi, CEO of Africa’s Talking will be hosted to equip entrepreneurs with the knowledge of how they can use mobile channels to boost their customer engagement.
Echo Mobile is a Kenyan firm that majors in building and deploying mobile-first communication, interaction, research and management information tools. It aims to empower organizations to make better, quicker decisions based on information instead of intuition.
The 2.5 hour event will run from 4:00pm to 6:30pm and is free of charge for everyone who signs up. Refreshments and snacks will also be provided.
