Event: Study Jams on Android for Beginners [GDG Kampala]
Study Jams are community-organized study groups around Google online developer courses.
The GDG Kampala Study Jams 2016 is geared towards supporting participants mostly students and other beginners in Android in completing the course, thereby raising the technical level within the community.
“We shall have a 12 day course for 2 hours each day (Tuesdays and Thursdays) on the Udacity Android for Beginners course from 25th February to 7th April 2016 at Outbox Hub.”
Overall objective of the event:
The objective of this event is to create a community of Android developers who will support local initiatives to further build a more vibrant community. The participants will form teams and receive further support on different projects available.
This event is targeting interested beginners with little or without any knowledge of Android App development, also including developers who would like to learn Android app development.
Participants should be able to commit to this program to the end, attending all sessions, keeping other factors constant and don’t forget to carry your Laptops for the session (Required).
