Opportunity: Resilience Innovation Challenge 4 Conflict
ResilientAfrica Network (RAN) last year organized a Resilience Innovation Challenge 4 Food Security and Improved Income Generation (RIC4FIG). The Southern Africa Resilience Innovation Lab (SA RI Lab) was to identify and fund projects in three priority; intervention pathways for resilience building around improved life and entrepreneurship skills, diversified local economy for resilience and transformed agricultural practices and markets for resilience.
This year ResilientAfrica Network’s (RAN) Eastern Africa Resilience Innovation Lab (EA RI Lab) at Makerere University in Kampala Uganda is pleased to invite you to apply for its Resilience Innovation Challenge 4 Conflict (RIC4CONF). The Eastern Africa Resilience Innovation Lab will select and fund projects in 3 priority intervention pathways for resilience building addressing conflict; curriculum development towards skills development and entrepreneurship, Financial inclusion for wealth creation, Creating an inclusive environment for every citizen.
If you have an innovation idea, approach or best practice solving community challenges in the following areas, please feel free to apply?
- Curriculum development towards skills development and entrepreneurship.
- Psyhosocial health.
- Agricultural modernization and promotion of value addition.
- Financial inclusion and wealth creation.
- Livelihood diversification.
- Inclusive environment for every citizen through good governance.
Apply and stand a chance to win grants ranging from $15,000 (51,150,000 UGX) to $40,000 (136,400,000 UGX) under this calls to support the development of innovative approaches and technologies.
