Opera Max has announced that they have crossed the 10 million user mark worldwide.
Opera says they have seen a 3,300% growth within a year from 300,000 users in April 2015 to 10 million in April 2016.
Opera Max is now able to cover 98 per cent of Android users, both on smartphones and Android tablets.
The top Opera Max markets in the world are India, Indonesia, Brazil, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Malaysia, South Africa, Russia, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
The data management app, that was first launched at the Mobile World Congress in 2014, and it offers data savings for online video apps, streaming music, images and webpages.
Previously, Samsung had chosen Opera Max to power its ultra data saving mode in its smartphones. The feature was first available on Samsung Galaxy J2 in India, followed by Samsung J7 series.
Opera Max technology is also powering the data saving mode for Micromax and Xiaomi.
