“We are very proud to be the first radio station in Uganda to incorporate online video into our programming. Our listeners will now also be our viewer, able to see Spectrum in all its diversity. They can also post their comments about any Spectrum discussion online, even long after that particular show has aired. They can do all this conveniently off their PC or cell phone at any time of their choosing,” said the general manager Maria Kiwanuka,

Radio One was launched 14 years ago delivering “Great Songs…Great Memories” to adult listeners in the economic heartland of Uganda. Radio One’s broadcast coverage represents 80% of Uganda’s purchasing power and contains 90% of vehicle traffic in Uganda. The online videos will now extend Spectrum’s reach beyond our geographical boarders.
