All you have to do is have google email address and password, and then they can remove any and all traces linked to that address.
You sign in with Google and it will seek out all accounts you have created online.
You will then be provided with delete links for each of the accounts, enabling you to wipe the slate clean.
The site will give you a list of all accounts and services that you have created accounts for.
