The company’s products & services include; software development, network security solutions, computer security solutions, cloud backup, ICT support & maintenance, digital forensics solutions etc.

Job Summary:
The Systems Analyst will be analyzing, designing and implementing software systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. The incumbent will identify, understand and plan for organizational and human impacts of planned systems, and ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and skill sets.
  2. Plan a system flow from the ground up.
  3. Interact with internal users and customers to learn and document requirements that are then used to produce business requirements documents.
  4. Write technical requirements from a critical phase.
  5. Interact with designers to understand software limitations.
  6. Support programmers during system development, e.g. provide use cases, flowcharts and even database design.
  7. Carry out system testing.
  8. Deploy completed and tested system.
  9. Document requirements or contribute to user manuals.
  10. Whenever a development process is conducted, the system analyst is responsible for designing components and providing that information to the developer.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  1. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering. Certifications in PMP, Prince 2, MCSE is an added advantage.
  2. At least six years experience with at least 3 examples of software development projects the candidate has played a part in.
  3. Broad knowledge and understanding of the systems development lifecycle.
  4. Familiar with programming languages, networks, operating systems.
  5. Project planning and management skills.
