Telcom operator MTN Cameroon has suspended subscriber numbers which are not fully compliant with the expected registration identification.
The operator organised a national identification campaign from 11 April to 30 June 2016 to confirm the identity of MTN subscribers and identify those who had not yet complied with the 2015 Prime Ministerial Order.
Subscribers who have been suspended can complete their identification process at one of the following sites:
- MTN Service Centres spread across the country,
- Special identification fixed and mobile mega-centres created by MTN nationwide,
- Sales points at the level of MTN’s Distribution partners in all Regions.
When you complete their identification process, the suspension will be uplifted within 24 hours.
Those who don’t comply a given time-frame will have their numbers recycled.
