International Business Machines Corp(IBM) has acquired Salesforce consulting firm Bluewolf Consulting LLC.
The terms of the deal have not officially been disclosed but the price is reported to be $200 million.
IBM is planning is to intergrate Bluewolf’s reach with its own cloud software and infrastructure capabilities.
In January, IBM acquired cloud video hosting service UStream.
Bluewolf was founded in 2000 and has been providing services to Salesforce since 2002.
They claim that their technology-driven method combines their team’s years of experience with cloud solutions that continually connect their clients with their customers.
