Currently, Carlcare is providing full service support for TECNO and Itel, two worldwide famous mobile phone brands.
Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Executive will provide support to the Infinix brand.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate creative ideas on digital marketing content for social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- User operation: Manage the Infinix loyal users on FB user group, InfinixXclub Forum, and other channels.
- Online event planning and Management.
- Provide timely feedback to management on online customers’ requests and/or queries.
- Do a survey and bring new ideas on improvement strategies for our onlinepresence, keeping ahead of what’s trending.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Digital Marketing Executive should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least three years’ experience in a similar role.
- Possess good practical knowledge on how to grow brand presence on social media
- Good computer skills.
