PC Tech announced the release of the fourth Issue on June 01st. Addressing Journalists at the PC Tech Office in Kampala, Uganda, the Executive Director, Albert Mucunguzi stated that there have been major changes in the layout of the publication, specifically explaining that the red color on the cover has been scrapped. This development marks the fourth milestone for the young publication, which started just over four months ago. It has been received with great excitement, especially among students in Universities and Higher institutions of Learning around the East African region.

“We have continued to concentrate on delivering a high quality product to the Africa Market. Initially, we thought it would mainly be distributed in Uganda but we got various requests for copies in Kigali and Nairobi, which made us look that way as well.”

He also revealed plans to launch PC Tech in West Africa later this year, a move that has been welcomed by their partner University, the ICT University of Louisiana, USA.

This month’s Issue also introduces the section they have named “Leisure” which provides a less-than-technical aspect of the magazine.

He said more information on the developments will be communicated through the usual medium.
