MTN Uganda, a leading telecommunications company, is thrilled to announce its extensive sponsorships for a series of year-end activations in collaboration with esteemed partners across the nation.
These events, ranging from Enkuuka and Ekibbiitu celebrations to End of Year prayers and Boxing Day festivities, underline MTN’s commitment to giving back to the community, appreciating loyalty, and celebrating 25 years of unwavering support from customers and partners.
As part of these activations, MTN has joined hands with CBS FM, Radio Buddu, House of Prayer Ministries, Mutundwe Christian Fellowship, Mt Sion Prayer Center-Bukalango, Virika Cathedral in Fort portal, and Balaam Marketing Agency (Baitu group) to bring joy and connectivity to communities across Uganda.
At the forefront of these initiatives is MTN’s commitment to celebrate important days with its customers whilst making modern connectivity accessible to everyone.
The company will lead with Devices and Data, with a special focus on device financing to ensure that “Everyone deserves the benefit of a modern connected life.”
Here are some exciting deals that customers can expect during these events:
- Kabode at 49,000UGX: MTN is offering the Kabode phone with an incredibly low initial deposit of only 49,000UGX, making it affordable for a wide range of users.
- TakeNow Partnership: In collaboration with device partner TakeNow, MTN is introducing an exclusive deal for three flagship devices. Customers can enjoy a 30% initial deposit and a 5% discount on interest when purchasing these devices from MTN service centers, dealer shops, and event venues.
- New SIM Acquisitions: In addition to the Kabode phone and TakeNow offers, MTN Uganda will have other MTN devices available for purchase and new SIM acquisitions at the event venues.
During the press conference held on Friday, November 24th, 2023, the partnership with CBS for the Enkuuka end-of-year party was officially announced among others.
The Enkuuka festival, in collaboration with CBS FM and with endorsement from the Kingdom of Buganda, will also serve as a platform for environmental mobilization efforts over the next four years, focusing on the fight against desertification and environmental protection.
