Chinese smartphone giants, Huawei is reported to announce their new version of its EMUI user interface; ‘EMUI 10‘ at its forthcoming developer’s conference slated for August 9 in China.

Its promo poster was posted on Weibo that clearly stating the launch date. The tagline translates to, “Use the details to achieve beauty of quality.”

Not much is known or rumored about the EMUI 10. However, the UI is mostly likely to be built around Google’s Android Q OS. In addition, Huawei Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro handsets will also likely to be the first phones to get the UI. On the other hand, an update will be released for EMUI 10 compatible devices starting the Huawei Mate 20 Pro and Huawei P30 Pro.

It is worthy knowing that Android Q is still in beta, and the release of the final version is also said to be this month. Therefore, making it difficult to speculate exactly when UI will be available.

Huawei hasn’t said anything concerning the features of the new UI but according to Digital Trends, an examination of promotional material used for EMUI 10 suggests there will be UI alterations, a new gallery feature, new themes and wallpapers, new fonts, and changes to video, game, and system animation.
