Windows Stores gets quietly rebranded into Microsoft Store on Windows 10

Microsoft is currently in the process of rebranding the Windows Store to the Microsoft Store in Windows 10. The company recently started rolling out a new logo and name for the Windows Store in Windows 10, but the new Microsoft Store will have a lot of other things along with the new branding.

Microsoft has not officially unveiled the new branding, but the Microsoft Store naming is identical to the company’s retail stores, both online and brick-and-mortar.

Many sources claim that Microsoft is planning to offer more than just apps, games, music, and video content in its Windows 10 store. Microsoft’s stores sell a range of third-party hardware and software, and the company’s Surface and Xbox products.

Here are some screenshots from MSPowerUser who had the chance to try out the new Microsoft Store.
