If you are one of those tweeps that often creatively stitch Tweets together to share more information or tell a longer story – an approach termed as Tweet threading, micro-blogging website in it’s new update brings the ability for its users to send more than one tweet at a time making it simpler to thread Tweets together.

According to Twitter, hundreds of thousands of threads are Tweeted every day! But this method of Tweeting, while effective and popular, can be tricky for some to create and it’s often tough to read or discover all the Tweets in a thread.

The US-based social media platform has added a plus button in the composer, so you can connect your thoughts and publish your threaded Tweets all at the same time. You can also continue adding more Tweets to your published thread at any time with the new “Add another Tweet” button.

Notably, in November, Twitter doubled their tweet characters to 280 count to make it easier for people to fit what they’re thinking into a Tweet, becoming the first time the tweet character cap had been raised since the foundation of Twitter 11 years ago. The firm mentioned that the changes would be available in all languages “except” Japanese, Korean, and Chinese, in which space limitations have not been an issue.

The new tweet thread update is rolling out globally to everyone on iOS, Android, and web in the coming weeks.[related-posts]
