Today, WhatsApp has confirmed that it’s rolling out the Video calling feature across Android, iOS and Windows.
This means that the company will be in direct competition to the likes of Viber and Skype.
The company also recently added support for GIFs on iOS and began testing a Snapchat-like feature that lets you share images that you can draw on or add stickers to, in a ‘Status’.
With more that a billion users across the world, Video calling will most likely become the most preferred video calling option to a number of people.
The feature is going to be available globally as it rolls out across platforms worldwide over the next few days.
