Samsung Might Ditch 3.5mm Headphone Jack on it’s Anticipated Galaxy S8

This year, LeEco, Motorola, and Apple were among the brands that launched smartphones without the 3.5mm audio jack.

According to some online reports, believe that South Korean smartphone giants, Samsung Corp. might ditch ‘3.5mm Headphone Jack’ on it’s upcoming Galaxy S8, joining the list of smartphones including; Apple’s iPhone 7, Motorola’s Moto Z, and LeEco’s Le Pro 3 that have abandoned the 3.5mm headphone jack. This means that all the existing headphones will not be compatible with the flagship unless when you are to use a USB Type-C adapter the phablet is to feature as one of it’s specs.

This also means that you won’t be able to plug in the Galaxy S8 and use wired headphones at the same time.

Aside from ditching the Headphone Jack, other reports claim that the smartphone markers might also abandon the ‘Home Button’ while the front camera (selfie cam) will come with the auto-focus feature.
