My Finda, the first search engine developed in Kenya was activated in January 2016 and has almost 400 businesses registered on it and at least 5,000 downloads.

Developed by Finda Mobile Application Limited Company which was formed in 2015 by Maliha Sheikh, it’s main objective is to bridge the gap between the consumer and the seller and to provide visibility and accessibility of local Kenyan Businesses.

This application provides “Free Business Listing and also Paid subscriptions” which are packaged differently as per the need of the user i.e. basic, bronze, silver, gold and platinum.

The different subscriptions have different added values. Paid subscriptions range from Kshs 1500/- (roughly 5,000 UGX) to a maximum of Kshs 6,000/- (roughly 200,000 UGX) per year making it affordable for all types of Businesses, a service that is parallel to none other

Businesses can register on my finda by simply logging in on to their website and choosing the Package that meets their Business needs/requirements.

The application also provides online payments and is available on Google Play Store and App Store.
