On Thursday 30th and Saturday 2nd July 2016, GDG Kampala in partnership Outbox will host the progressive web summit at Outbox Hub Kampala, Uganda. This will be two days talks, codelabs and access to the Chrome engineers to discuss the future of the web.
Progressive Web Applications take advantage of new technologies to bring the best of mobile sites and native applications to users. They’re reliable, fast, and engaging.
Participants will be introduced to great libraries and tools for great Progressive Web Apps and will also taken through a deep drive into Progressive Web Apps with codelabs, select videos and examples from the PWA developer summit.
Software Developers, entrepreneurs and tech enthusiasts are all encouraged to attend this summit.
Requirement: Come along with your Laptop.
The main facilitator will be Joe Ssekono, a co-founder and Web Developer at Novariss with over 9 years of professional experience in the web design industry. He specializes in Front End Web Development and in particular UX & UI Design. Joe has been involved in Drupal based projects in the past 2 and a half years and has actively been participating in the open-source community.
