Hackers have taken down the website of Uganda Investment Authority. DK Brazil Hackteam claim to be the ones behind the hack and all one sees is a clown gif image in black and white.
This is not the first time Hackers are taking down government or organisation websites in Uganda. In May a number of Government websites were taken offline by the Islamic Ghosts team of Hackers.
