Cisco announces West African outfit as first TelePresence authorised partner

West Africa-based systems integrating company Resourcery has achieved Cisco’s TelePresence Video Advanced Plus Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) status to enhance its face-to-face communication services. The status was granted in recognition of the company’s fulfillment of the training requirements and programme prerequisites to sell, deploy and support Cisco TelePresence Video products and solutions at the Advanced Plus level.
Olugbenga Adanlawo, Resourcery’s Business Solution Manager in charge of voice and video solutions, said: “This outstanding accomplishment demonstrates the Resourcery’s determination to provide our customers with the best Information Technology (IT) solutions available.”

Resourcery’s customers include the Lagos State Government and the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority.

He added the company’s customers will now enjoy conferencing facilities that are life-like, in high-definition, and come with superior audio and video that enables participants to interact with colleagues, customers and business partners across a virtual table.

“Participants can enjoy a same-room meeting experience, even if they are located in different locations around the world. They can also meet more often and enjoy more productive sessions which in turn help to improve business interactions as well as building stronger customer relationships,” Adanlawo added.
