Huawei P8 Lite (2017) Launched with Android 7.0 Nougat, a Head of the Pre-Mobile World Congress Event

Chinese-based smartphone makers, Huawei Corp. has announced an upgrade of it’s P9 Lite phablet which was launched in April 2016, the Huawei P8 Lite (2017). The mid-range smartphone is said to be available in European stores before they go global.

According to online reports, the company is focusing on launching a range of devices at the pre-MWC (Mobile World Congress) event scheduled on February 26th.

It has already sent out media invites and as per reports, Huawei Consumer Business Group’s CEO; Richard Yu will be unveiling their newest flagship at the event. This could be the P10 and P10 Plus for the companies P-series.

Specifications of the Huawei P8 Lite
The dual-SIM smartphone sports a 5.2-inch IPS display with full-HD resolution display, powered by an octa-core Kirin 655 chipset, clubbed with 3GB RAM, 16GB storage, which can be expanded using a microSD card, 12MP and 8MP rear and front cameras respectively, all backed by a non-removable 3,000mAh battery. The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS, which other Huawei Phones will be getting in the first quarter of this year.

Price and Availability
According to online source, Mobilegeeks website, claims that the smartphone will be available in Europe at a price of EUR 239 in Black, White and Gold color variants.[related-posts]
