Facebook users earlier on could make voice/video calls from the Facebook Website itself or the web version of Messenger as an alternative to the app, now users can now make calls from within the Messenger app on Windows 10 just like on Android and iOS version of the social-messaging platform.
Additionally, users will be in position of sending a voicemail in case the other person isn’t available to take up the call.
Venture Beat cites a Facebook spokesperson to report the feature started rolling earlier this month.
The group calling feature, which allows you to make group calls for up-to 50 people, was introduced to the Messenger app earlier this year in April. However, the app for Windows Phone does not yet support voice or video calling.
