Apple launched a new Twitter account called @AppleSupport, on a Thursday morning where Apple users ask questions or inquire about their iPhones, iPads, Mac computers, where they are then asked to DM (Direct Message) the support team for more help.

“We’re here to provide tips, tricks and helpful information when you need it most, and if you have a question, well we’re here to help with that too.” Said in a tweet under their new handle @AppleSupport.

The move has so far expanded the company’s social media presence and prompts immediate reactions from their users about any of the devices.
