Software giant Microsoft has teamed up with Indian gadget maker iBall to launch the Splendo.
It is a dongle-sized PC that runs Windows 8.1.
Splendo can be connected to TVs and monitors via HDMI. It’s powered by an Intel Atom quad-core processor with 2GB RAM and includes 32GB of onboard storage.
It also features a MicroSDXC card slot and ports to plug in USB and Micro USB peripherals, as well as support for wireless devices over Bluetooth 4.0.
The device will go on sale in July starting at about $140.
We are not yet sure if the Splendo will receive an upgrade to Windows 10 when the OS launches.
