The service which powers access to some 16 creative applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and their helper resources, is not accessible online anywhere in the world.
Adobe said in a tweet posted:
We apologize that Adobe login is offline. We identified the cause & will restore as soon as possible. Stay tuned here @AdobeCare for updates

The company has been tracking the outage on its Creative Cloud System Status page. The first issues cropped up as early as Wednesday afternoon.
