Airtel Uganda today launched a new Premium center for its high value customers in Bugolobi. Present at the official ribbon cutting ceremony were Airtel and Warid Management and guest of honor Hon. Frank Tumwebaze Minister for the Presidecy and Kampala City and some of the shops high value customers.
Conveniently situated in the Eastern metropolitan area of Kampala, the center in Bugolobi is the second of its kind in the city and will cater for Airtel’s high value customers offering individually tailored products and services dedicated purely to its premier users.
The Airtel Premium shops offer its customers a suite of personalized services and will see high value users enjoy priority access with dedicated customer relationship executives assigned to them at the Airtel shop.
Speaking at the ceremony Airtel Managing Director Mr. VG Somasekhar said “This is another of the innovations moving Airtel forward as it steps into a new level of personalized customer care. The services and the facilities offered are truly top class and we look forward to our busy consumers enjoying the new Bugolobi location.”

The premier center ensures that a committed relationship manager will always be available onsite to help and assist premier customers.
