A few suggestions for improving website

Hi guys. Job well done.
I would like to see a few changes on your website:
1. Keep us posted on the latest stuff. eg in the world of technology.
2. Reply to all our posts so we dont feel like we are in the room with a robot. or a feeling that this just a system to get us writing to them.
3. People are not fans of forums so lets resort to wall as our chat board.
4. You can also opt for multiple admins who will later add their own frieds and friends of theirs friends, this will grow the group to millions, hence having a large participating crowd. This is good for the company i guess.
I am a computer support technician, please give me a chance to write an article in your magazine too.
